Booking inclusions

Your conference booking includes: 1 x dedicated staff (Front of House or Technician), basic PA system, venue set up, staging (4x2m), static lighting, lectern and microphone, concierge service for events organiser.

Ask us about additional services such as: Freight elevator, linen, conference registrations, catering, multi-panel LED screen, concert piano and more.

Concierge Service

The paranaple convention centre offers your event organiser an expert concierge service, with a team of experienced travel consultants able to answer questions about the region and Tasmania. They can assist you in booking domestic flights, accommodation, transfers and tours. 

Front of House & AV

Our highly trained and experienced Front of House and Technical support staff will cater to your requirements, and have the resources to deliver small intimate corporate functions right though to full-scale concert performances.


Catering is provided exclusively by our in-house Chef, Hussein Tas of Elevated Catering. Hussein has worked for Neil Perry’s Rockpool Catering, Rick Stein and 5 star European caterer Kaffer Party Service München in Munich.


The Gateway Hotel situated within easy walking distance of the paranaple convention centre is pleased to offer conference delegates preferred rooms rate.
